The unique feature of Rotomolding machines is the number of arms, which can vary from 1-8 or more independent indexing arm on individual trollies. The rotomoulding machine(s) can have a stationary oven with one or two arms or configured to move oven mono-axially and accept arms from one to as many as ten arms.This also gives the freedom from running the arms in a preset order. Fixoplus arms can run in any random order or bypass arms, if required.

A FixoPlus 15k3 can make 4x 5000 litre tanks ~30 minutes or 8x 2000 litre tanks in ~20 minutes.It is a very efficient, processing over 10-15 Kg Polymer and over 6-12 Kg polymer per unit of power.FixoPlus 15k can make 1x 20,000 litre tank in ~50 minutes.
